Agent Register User Guide

Instructions for filling above form:

In 'Your Name' field please enter the name of person authorized to register on the site.
In 'Agency' field please enter the name of the agency.
In 'Password' field please enter password. Please enter the password that you can memorize easily. It is required to Log on to the the site for uploading / updating / deleting properties.
In 'Email ID' field please enter the general email ID of the agency instead of entering personal id. Email ID shall be used for logging on to the site, sending informative mails from administrator of the site to you, password retrieval if you forget the password and for getting the list of enquiries made by visitors about your properties.
In 'Telephone' field please enter your contact telephone number.
In 'Mobile' field please enter your mobile number.
In 'Fax' field please enter your fax number with country and area code.
In 'Address' field please enter your address for correspondence .
In 'Country' field please select the country in which you are located.
Please click on Attach button to attach your agency logo. The following popup window appears:

Instructions for uploading agency logo:

a) Please click on browse button to select the file to be uploaded. The acceptable file format is gif and jpg. The permissible size is up to 30KB.

The required size of image is 150X150 pixels. Please do not put space in the file name of your logo.

b) After selecting the file please click on Add button and wait until the Done button becomes activated.

c) Once the Done button gets activated please click on it to close the window.

d) After uploading the logo image please click on Submit button to submit the registration form for processing. Please wait for two days for your account to be activated by the portal administrator. If the email Id is already registered then you need to enter another email address and re-submit the form.
